Adjacent is the modern conservatory (2024), where you can enjoy peace and comfort all year round. Through the sliding doors you reach the sunny south-facing terrace with awning – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. 

On the ground floor you will also find a renovated bathroom (2024) with walk-in shower, double washbasin and toilet. 

Upstairs there are three bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an additional toilet with washbasin. 

The holiday home is located in a quiet area near the dunes of Sint Maartenszee, ideal for walking and cycling towards places such as Callantsoog and Petten. Parking is available directly at the house. 

An ideal base for a wonderful beach holiday in North Holland.

The holiday home is located in Sint Maartenszee, just 300 metres from the dunes and approximately 1 km from the beach – perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. 

In the immediate area you will find a bakery, supermarket and the restaurant “De Goudvis”, which also offers play facilities for children, making it a great location for families. 

The dunes and beach are ideal for walking, cycling and enjoying nature. Nearby towns such as Callantsoog and Petten are easily accessible. 

The wide sandy beach of North Holland is perfect for long walks and, at low tide, the sandbanks make it especially fun for children.
